Private lessons encourage learning at your own pace.  Asanas are designed for just you and the time needed is  just for you, that means you can make a class as long or short as needed.  Sometimes the best thing for you is just a Restorative lesson.  This is when we focus on letting your heart beat and breath slow, allowing deep relaxation.  Sitting on props such as blankets, bolsters and blocks, creating opening but relaxing to finally let your mind have a break.  During a Restorative lesson, you are in a comfortable position to have your eyes closed and if you aren't comfy, I make you comfy with all the lovely props.  On some days you might want a tough flow class for 2 hours.   Or you might need a quick hour of yoga on your lunch break.  I go to your work-place and teach you there.  You might need an hour of a "workshopy" class where we just talk about the asana points.  Pranayama classes are available which only focus on different styles of breathing.  Bikram is also offered  and this class runs 90 minutes.
